Karasu Port serves for 4 types of freight as train, train wastage, ro-ro and general cargo. A non-crosssing traffic flow of train, trucks and heavy trucks among land and sea is organized. The administrative building behind the port maintain visual contact with the sea and freight flow. The inner courtyard on the land side of the administration building offers a humane living space isolated from the traffic.
